Our Chairman

Sri. M.M. Annaiah, is a recipient of the coveted and most prestigious “Vijaya Rattna” award presented by Hon. Governor of Orissa Sri. D. Sathya Narayana Reddy & Sri. Rajesh Khanna, Hon. Member of Parliament, during IFSI Seminar at New Delhi on 20 October 1994, for his achievements in the field of Industrial Security and Private Investigations.

He has participated in the 11th Security Skills and Leadership Summit – 2016 and successfully completed the Security Managing Director's Course and has been certified by Security Sector Skill Development Council.

He has been conferred with “Life Time Achievement Award”, by KSSA, Bangalore, for his creative efforts, accomplishments, providing leadership and commitment to the profession, presented by Sri. B.N. Bacche Gowda, Hon. Minister for Labour, Govt. of Karnataka on 21 August 2011.

He has been conferred with the “Founder Member Award”, for his outstanding contribution, to the strengthening of KSSA, presented by Sri. P.T. Parameshwar Naik, Hon’ble Minister of State for Labour, Govt. of Karnataka on 26 June 2014, during the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Karnataka Security Services Association.

Our Managing Director

Sri. Tharun Thimmaiah is a young, energetic Leader and Administrator, possessing good vision for the future. He has a track record of proven ability, to lead a work force, to achieve the task and objectives set forth.

Responsible for strategic decisions related to expansion of portfolio of service offerings and Client Base. Working in proximity and with personal guidance from his illustrious father Sri. M.M. Annaiah, Chairman of Eagle Security Agency (P) Ltd. (P) Ltd, Sri. Tharun Thimmaiah, has sharpened his skills and managerial acumen in Administration, exercising Command and Control, over all spheres of Operations, pertaining to Security and Private Investigations.

He is a passionate Animal Lover and Environmentalist. As a Certified Professional Horse Trainer in Bangalore Turf Club, had a stint of Assignments for ten years, during which, he has ably demonstrated his skills and qualities of leadership. To his credit, he has also achieved top positions and participated in several prestigious events conducted by the elite Club and has travelled widely across the Country during his tenure.

Brings innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency all round, mandated to lead the Company, as succession plan from his legacy.
